 Post subject: Twin Engine Mini Run In Car Video Round 1 2009

Hi All,

This was a vid I took in the Mini last weekend and then put the telemetry overlay on the footage. Was the first time out with NOS installed, only 25hp on the rear engine for that day. Can't wait to start upping the jets :twisted:

Yep on that run, it's launched in 2nd and then straight to 4th as there is more time lost with the extra shift into 3rd then into 4th than is gained by the extra acceleration avail in 3rd (also 3rd can be a bit random wether it decides to engage both rear and front boxes).

Sometimes use 1st, 2nd and 4th too just not on this run.

Really pushing the rpm in 4th now and will need to use 5th soon once the NOS is increased which i'm expecting to be a right pita as it's a difficult gear to get even when not in a hurry :(
